This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all operational and technical elements required for this new and exciting venture.

What we expect of you, day to day:

You will lead the development, implementation and performance of all operations and technology requirements for the audio division, and its key stakeholders.

Point of contact for production and technology needs and requirements for audio, including service delivery issues.

Maintain and develop craft standards, operational standards and working practices, initiating and developing comprehensive training programmes for staff

Management of all audio facilities, technology and equipment

Contribute to the management and operation of effective scheduling and budgetary control

What you'll bring:

Adept at managing numerous, diverse senior and executive level stakeholders, often operating under tight timescales and managing numerous competing priorities 

You will be a convincing and persuasive communicator, able to establish effective and collaborative relations across Stuff departments, and external agencies/stakeholders where required

Significant understanding of current markets, trends and issues within the wider media sector, and deep knowledge of output across the whole of the Stuff, as well as that of competitors.

Ability to undertake a wide range of activities factoring in multiple, diverse considerations, requiring complex analytics and decision making, interpretative thinking and a solutions focussed approach
