Making a formal complaint
If you want to make a formal complaint about content you have seen on JuiceTV or on our website (juicetv.live and juicex.live). Use the form below to lodge a formal complaint to JuiceTV.
The Codes of Broadcasting Standards in New Zealand applies to programming on JuiceTV after 1 July 2022. Formal complaints must be received by JuiceTV within 20 working days of the programme airing.
