How can I upgrade my Venue Listing?

Upgrading your venue listing is fast and easy to do. Go to your venues dashboard and find the venue you manage that you'd like to promote. As soon as you've found the listing that you would like to upgrade, locate and press the 'Promote' button below the venue title, category and location summary.

 

In the next steps that follow, we'll offer you promotional packages that you can assign to your designated listing that is yet to be upgraded. Select the packages you wish to assign to your venue listing, then press 'Next' to go to the confirmation order screen. 

 

Once you've reached the confirmation order screen, this is where you should review your upgrade listing order before you're redirected to our selected Payment Gateway service.

 

When you're happy with your order, continue and you'll be redirected to PayPal. If you don't have an account with Paypal, you can still use your Debit/Credit card to proceed with payment. If you do not have a debit/credit card and able to pay online, contact us through the Contact form for further options.

 

As soon as you've sent payment via Paypal, you'll be redirected back to The Guide website. Your order will be processed by the team and have promotional offerings that you chose earlier, applied to your listing. When this is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.
